Minimum class size: 10
(If minimum class is size is not reached, cancellations will be made no later than the day before class is scheduled.)

These classes are open to patients of Dr. Carroll and non-patients alike. For those patients who are Direct Primary Care members there is no charge. For patients with Medicare or Medicaid the class will be billed as an office visit and they will be responsible for all co-pays and deductibles. Non-patients attending their first class are free; afterwards, the fee will be $15/person for each class.

Since seating is limited a we would appreciate receiving cancellation notices at least 24 hours prior to class time to give others a chance to attend.
